Apple shows the exact price and renewal terms for your country before you confirm. Nothing has been charged so far.

Follow the guided carrier-forwarding setup.
Boontel supplies your carrier's ON and OFF codes and then checks that forwarding is actually working. Keep the OFF code somewhere you can find it.
