Caregiver support that shows up at the right moment.

Boontel is family-based. When a call feels suspicious, your loved one can invite you to join and help them slow down, verify, and avoid common scam traps. This is invite-based support — not an on-demand call center.

Create an account How Boontel works

What you can do

  • Join a call when your loved one invites you.
  • Approve “Request‑to‑Call” when they need to call a new number (Craigslist, contractors, etc.).
  • Use Concierge Connect to bridge a call for them without letting them dial directly.
  • Help verify details independently (official numbers, known channels).
  • Coach them on “never share codes / never pay under pressure”.
  • Set a Family PIN to block voice‑cloning scams before the phone rings.
  • Review optional call summaries for follow-up.
Caregiver access is invite-only and can be revoked at any time by the senior.

How joining works

  1. Your loved one links you as a caregiver in the Boontel app.
  2. They send an invite when they want help.
  3. You open the app and join over Wi‑Fi or mobile data.
In-app joining requires internet. Boontel does not support emergency calling (911/988).

Request‑to‑Call (E911‑safe design)

The senior can enter a number and request it, but cannot directly dial and connect through Boontel. You approve (or deny) and Boontel connects the call as an inbound ring to your loved one.

Default mode is caregiver‑initiated bridge. Emergency numbers are not supported in Boontel.

Voice‑cloning defense

Enable a shared Family PIN challenge for unknown callers. Even a perfect deepfake voice can’t guess a secret. You can also require extra verification when caller attestation is weak.

Privacy + consent

Optional recording/transcription features (if enabled) are designed to be consent-first and user-controlled. Consent laws vary by location — you’re responsible for using these features appropriately.
