How linking works

1. The senior installs the app and opens Settings → Caregiver.
2. They enter your email to send you an invite code.
3. You accept the invite and enable notifications.

You can revoke caregiver access at any time from the senior’s app. We do not share or sell data.

Call recording & transcripts

With the senior’s explicit consent, Boontel may transcribe — and where enabled, record — certain in‑app calls when scam risk is suspected. You’ll see short summaries or transcripts so you can coach and protect your loved one. Recording is off by default, can be changed at any time in Settings, and any saved audio or transcripts are kept only for a short period for safety review.
